Introduction:1.
UV flated-bed printer can print all the surface of flatbed materials : hard materails, such as glass, ceramic, ceiling, aluminum sheet, wood board, door sheet, metal panel, billboard, close stool cover, acrylic board, PMMA sheet, Plexiglas,, Paper sheet; And soft materails ,for instance ,pvc cloth, canvas, carpet, glisten film etc.

The printerhead adopted the latest KM-512-14PL which is the specialist printerhead imported from Japan. It have the double-line printing mouth with 0.07mm and 1440dpi resolution. There is no need to pre-print and after-print process , which can decrease the cost of labor ,time and materails. It also takes the same cost both single sheet and batch production, which enhance the effective production and commercial profit.

The latest printer can make up for the deficiency of traditional screen printing, Which is not only worked on small batch job, but also worked on sample printing and image effect simulation, Therefore, customers can choose necessary technology from variety technics. Simple design and production processing, delivery the job to the customers shortly.

Especially Technical features:
1.Printing Structure: adopted vacuum and media fixed table, quiescence materials, keep the materials next to the table with vacuum and pressure roller. Beam moves with axis, to realize printing feeding. Compared with roll to roll and pressure roller UV machine, Flat-bed structure machine is more suitable for big and heavy materials.
2.Voltage/Temperature curves: Konica Minolta has inside heater and temperature sensor, auto-control V/T curves can meet the requirements maximumly of continuous and stable printing.
3.Auto-adjust height: Printheads height can be adjusted within 100mm according to the thickness of materials.
4.UV ink: Its imported original Japan curable ink, high solidification and fast dry. To point that no smell is good for keep health, what is more, It also have the advantage of protecting enviroment and prohibiting air pollution.
